At Fright-Rags, we want you to be thrilled with your horror gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached to receive a full refund or to swap for a different size.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Items
Securely package your unworn items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Wait
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
